Dwayne can help you with:

  • Dwayne has a series of workshops available to organisations that assist in imparting Arjaway’s Principles through understanding to action.

  • Dwayne can provide insightful and incisive commentary that deepens audiences’ lenses on how they perceive complex topics and discussions. He enjoys speaking on the ‘Arjaway, Systems Being’ concept and can provide custom keynotes by applying Arjaway’s principles to current topics.

  • Dwayne can help you with collaboration within and between Cultural groups as well as interfacing between community, Cultural and corporate bodies.

    For example, Dwayne was cultural collaborator and advisor to the Mutthi Mutthi, Baarkanji and Ngyiampaa elders of the Willandra Lakes Aboriginal Advisory Group, for the Return to Country, repatriation of Mungo Man commemoration concert. 

  • Dwayne can assist with negotiation strategy development and also lead complex negotiations.

    As an example of Dwayne’s negotiation work, he was a lead negotiator for the Square Kilometre Array, the world’s largest radio astronomy project.

  • Project-specific and whole-of-department, medium term (yearly and half-yearly) planning as well as long term macro-level strategy development.

    For example, Dwayne advised the UN Global Compact Network Australia on their whole of organisation half-yearly strategic planning session over 2 days in Melbourne 2025.
